This Warehouse Group Leader position encompasses responsibility for all Planning and Supply Chain activities.
Your Responsibilities as the Warehouse Group Leader include:
Publish & manage KPI’s
Management of the department resources to achieve strategic objectives as well as routine activities.
Development of early warning systems to protect POF KPI’s.
Drive initiatives within the internal warehousing
Work alongside operations to ensure production targets are hit
Manage store locations
Maintain & improve Business KPI’s relating to your area
Ensure company safety policy is adhered to
Ensure appropriate processes and systems are implemented to effectively manage the routine materials flow and storage in the business
Manage the logistics team on the shopfloor
Introduce store locations for every part
Eliminate any POF issues with operations

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £43,000 pa depending on experience

Required qualifications
Required experience
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within a similar supply chain environment, possess strong Excel and data management skills and have a sound knowledge of SAP within a Release and Follow Up process environment and Inventory management. You will need to demonstrate an awareness of wider business issues and supplier relationships to foresee obstacles before they arise and be able to think laterally to resolve problems. Expected to be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and be capable of working at all levels within the organisation.
