As the Night Shift Manager, you will be an instrumental part of this team as they continue to improve their site. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to add value to the production department & ensure they continue to develop their culture of efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the night shift team, driving excellence in their work and continuously striving for improvements in working practices
Recognising future demands on the shift team and driving readiness to meet these needs
Managing shift stakeholders ensuring timely and effective communication
Responsible for key people processes on shift e.g. talent reviews, disciplinaries, development for targeted individuals, and carry out other communications
Responsible for overall continuous improvement across all areas of the shift
Delivering performance management processes for Team Leaders
Responsible for Health & Safety?
Type: Full time
Hours: mon to fri 8pm until 4am
Salary: Up to £55k depends on experience

Required qualifications
Required experience
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated evidence of large people management experience
Good understanding of lean manufacturing principles
Hands on KPI Management, 1 to 1 reviews, training & development of team
Results driven and understands the link between action and results
Excellent communicator with individuals at all levels
