No experience for your first job?
Look no further!
A Traineeship with in2work will support you in developing the right skills and qualities you require for a job of your choice.
Sounds good right?
The Traineeship is a program which is created by the government to support young people aged 16-24 who don’t have enough work-related experience and might be missing their English and Maths GCSEs grades at a C or above.
Does this sound right for you?
We’re here to build your work experience and get you in2work! Our work preparation workshops help you gain the skills and qualities you require to get into the job of your choice. We focus on CV writing, job application forms, work etiquette and interview skills lessons. We also set you up with fantastic work experience, that will look great on your new CVs and could land you a permanent job with that company.
Supporting in other ways
Sometimes it’s not always about building new skills, there might be other barriers stopping you achieving what you want to achieve. All of our staff at in2work are well trained and experienced in supporting you to overcome the challenges you may face when trying to progress into an apprenticeship, job or further education.
Our staff are specially trained to personally support you through your Traineeship. We have youth employment coaches, who work with you 1 on 1, to ensure you’re always getting the most out of your time with us.
If this sounds good, you are very welcome to come in for an interview to speak about your current position and how we can help you. Please fill out the enquiry form below, and we’ll get back to you. Or you can call your closest in2work centre directly, or just drop in.
